Rory King lived in Los Cabos for 17 years and spent 10 years as Director of Sales for Club Cascadas de Baja in Cabo San Lucas, earning the Gold ARDA award for in-house sales management. The explosive growth in the Los Cabos area over the last ten years has changed the region dramatically. Reflecting back on the rapid development provided Rory the impetus for a shift in attitude. In 2005, Rory formed King y Asociados “K y A”, a full-service real estate firm with its main office in Todos Santos, not just to sell real estate, but to be part of a grander vision, one that blends “green” living and earth-kind construction with real estate sales and development.
